KEY PURPOSE OF JOB
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the recruitment and talent acquisition process, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. The Senior HR Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing various HR functions, with a primary focus on sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier talent.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
• Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Onboarding and Orientation:
• Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
• Coordinate orientation sessions and provide necessary resources to integrate new employees into the organization.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries and issues, providing guidance and support to employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
• Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback and address concerns proactively.
• Responsible for handling paperwork, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including documentation related to hiring, benefits, and performance.
• Policy Implementation: Implementing and enforcing HR policies within the organization. This could include communicating policy changes to employees and ensuring adherence.
• Participate in strategic HR planning and decision-making
• Other ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• >5 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR coordination roles.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of the BCEA
