KEY PURPOSE OF JOB
This role play a pivotal role in the recruitment and talent acquisition process, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing various HR functions, with a primary focus on sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier talent.

KEY TASKS
Talent Acquisition:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers
• Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Onboarding and Orientation:
• Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
• Coordinate orientation sessions and provide necessary resources to integrate new employees into the organization

HR Coordination:
• Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries and issues, providing guidance and support to employees
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Employee Engagement:
• Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
• Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback and address concerns proactively

HR Administrator:
• Responsible for handling paperwork, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including documentation related to hiring, benefits, and performance
• Policy Implementation: Implementing and enforcing HR policies within the organization. This could include communicating policy changes to employees and ensuring adherence
• Participate in strategic HR planning and decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role
Experience:
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance
• Experience in using HRIS systems and other HR-related software/tools
• Familiarity with South African labour laws and HR best practices.
